The mission of the Joplin Outlaws Collegiate Baseball Club, as a member of the MINK League, is to develop and promote the game of baseball by offering quality opportunities for player development by playing competitively with other top baseball players.  We will accomplish this by paying the price in commitment, dedication, effort, and sportsmanship; and by having pride in self, team, and the community.  We will respect our community, our team, and our organization and will strive to promote and enhance the game of baseball in our community.
